Provided is a quinolinic acid refining method comprising: a step of preparing a fermented solution comprising one or more among quinolinic acid and the salts thereof; a step of removing fungi from the fermented solution; a step of preparing an acidic composition containing one or more among quinolinic acids having a concentration higher than a saturation level and a salt thereof by adding acids in the fermented solution; and a step of collecting one or more crystal among quinolinic acids and a salt thereof from the composition.
