E-FUSE ARRAY CIRCUIT

An E-fuse array circuit comprises a high voltage pumping unit for generating high voltages by pumping power source voltages; a negative voltage pumping unit for generating negative voltages by pumping ground voltages; a program/lead line in which the negative voltage is applied in a nonvolatile section, in which the high voltage is applied in the activation of program operation, and in which the lead voltage which is lower than that of the high voltage is applied in the activation of lead operation; a row line in which the ground voltage is applied in the activation and in which the negative voltage is applied in the nonvolatile section; an E-fuse element for receiving the voltage of the program/lead line; a switch element for electrically connecting the E-fuse and the column line by being controlled by the row line; and a column circuit for applying the negative voltage to the column line when the column line is activated.
