<p>The present invention relates to a composite film comprising nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a composite film comprising nanoparticles including: a substrate; a FePt film layer formed on the substrate; and a nanoparticle monolayer including one type of nanoparticles selected from a group composed ofγ-Fe2O3 formed on the FePt film layer, zirconia, yttria, and yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ). According to the present invention,γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticle which is a soft magnetic phase is formed as a monolayer on the FePt film layer which is a hard magnetic phase, so the thicknes of the FePt film layer is supplemented by a nanoparticle monolayer, and coercive force is improved by magnetostatic interaction between the nanoparticle and the FePt film layer. Therefore, the composite film of the present invention can be applied in various fields such as a data storage device, a heat resistance nanofilm coating structure, a biomedical field, etc.</p> |
