The container has a filling valve and a flowing valve sealed by stopper caps. An opening of the flowing valve receives a conduit that is equipped with a safety valve retaining perfusion/transfusion liquid in a torus when the container is not in use or allows flow of the liquid during use of the container. A minimum probe is implanted on a generator of the torus to control a level of the liquid at an interior of the container. An alarm plate of a visual/sound alerting and detection system is placed on one of peripheral parts of the torus that is made of a light material i.e. elastomer. An independent claim is also included for a perfusion or transfusion assembly comprising an extensible universal perfusion/transfusion container.
