The device (2) has a magnet for coupling and uncoupling of a body (8) to a formwork. A demagnetization unit secures the body connected to a model. The demagnetization unit prevents a displacement of the body relative to the model in a fastening configuration, and allows displacement of the body relative to the model in a separation configuration. The demagnetization unit and the magnet include levers (16, 20) pivotingly mounted relative to the body. The levers form two distinct levers or a single lever. The body is equipped with the magnet. An independent claim is also included for an assembly for fixing a model to a form of a formwork.
