Disclosed are a method for boiling an octopus and an octopus boiled thereby. The disclosed method for boiling an octopus comprises: a) a first washing step of washing an octopus in flowing seawater with 32-38‰ of salinity, b) a second washing step of washing the octopus with the seawater after removing the intestines and foreign substances, c) a material mixing step of inputting 20 liters of water, 200 g of a Salicornia herbacea powder, 200 g of a stevia powder, 120 ml of a stevia concentrate, 600 ml of an apple concentrate, 400 ml of a plum concentrate, 1500 g of an old pumpkin, 1500 g of onions, 2000 g of radish, 1000 g of a spring onion and 200 g of kelp per 5 kg of the octopus into a pot; d) a first heating step of heating the pot at 100°C and heating at 100°C for 10 minutes; and e) a second heating step of lowering the temperature of water to 70°C after the first heating step, and heating while maintaining the temperature at 70°C for 10 minutes. |
