The present invention relates to a multipurpose storage structure for a vehicle that can be used by modifying the storage structure into a cup holder or a simple storage space according to the need of a user. The multipurpose storage structure according to the present invention comprises: a storage container (10) including an accommodation groove (12) opened upward inside a vehicle to hold items and accommodate a cup; a cup-supporting edge part (14) for supporting the outer circumference of a cup on the top of the circumference at one side of the accommodation groove (12); an storage groove (16) formed on the inner wall of the accommodation groove (12) near the cup-supporting edge part (14); and a holder (100a) installed on the storage groove (16) to rotate between a withdrawing position of extending toward a space constituted by the accommodation groove (12) to support the outer circumference of the cup together with the edge part (14), and a storage position for being inserted into the storage groove (16). The present invention can be used as a cup holder when the holder is rotated to the accommodation groove to extend, and the accommodation groove can be used as an item storage space when the holder is rotated to the storage groove, thereby realizing a storage structure with the two purposes in a minimal space.
