LASER VISION SYSTEM AND OPTICAL SYSTEM DESIGN METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a laser vision system and an optical system design method applied to the same. The laser vision system comprises: a laser generator which radiates laser beams; a camera which converts the laser beams reflected from an object to be measured after being irradiated from the laser generator into images; a calculation unit which calculates parameters of an optical system respectively using the camera and the laser generator; a storage unit which stores a formula used in the calculation unit; and a control unit which provides the formula stored in the storage unit for the calculation unit based on optical requirement specifications of the laser vision system. Therefore, the laser vision system and the optical system design method applied to the same can select the specifications of a lens applied to a laser vision system by calculating each of the parameters according to the optical requirement specifications of the laser vision system using the calculation unit, can place individual components of the laser vision system, and can predict the accuracy and size of the laser vision system.
