The present invention relates to a hinge device for a tail gate. Particularly, the hinge device comprises: a lower hinge (100) in which an upper hinge mounted in the tailgate of a vehicle is rotatably mounted; and a hanging member (200) which is provided to the rear of the lower hinge (100) and controls of the opening angle of a tail gate. The hinge device facilitates the opening and closing of a tailgate regardless of user′s height by adjusting the opening angle of the tailgate, thereby improving user convenience and marketability.
