A sub-boom device (70) comprises a first sub-boom support member (72) mounted around a first moving pin (72) horizontally extended from a rotating object (71) to move freely and a second sub-boom support member (73) mounted on the first sub-boom support member (71) around a second moving pin (73a) which is at right angles to the first moving pin (72a) to move freely. The second sub-boom support member (73) is moved on the first sub-boom support member (72) to the position where the second sub-boom support member (73) is extended to be parallel to the first moving pin (72a). The first sub-boom support member (72) is formed to be set in a housing posture so that a sub-room member (74) is located on the side of a work table (40). |
