PURPOSE: A plastic bumper beam, a method for manufacturing thereof, and a device for manufacturing thereof are provided to manufacture a high rigidity product by increasing flexibility of a plan with respect to thickness and a reinforcing material and to continuously manufacture. CONSTITUTION: A plastic bumper beam(100) is comprised of a bumper of a vehicle. A material of the bumper beam is an extrusion molding material. The plastic bumper beam is formed in a rounded shape. The extrusion molding material is comprised of reinforced fiber yarn, synthetic resin, or mixed materials. |
