<p>The device has wooden strips (3) inserted in a frame (1) and connected by a rubber band (4). A small groove (10) absorbs movements of the strips. The rubber band passes through holes (5) drilled at different locations depending on blades. A drilling length is same for a part of the blades. A drilling is made at a 15 mm from an edge for a distance of 30 mm between the blades, and another drilling is made in a half of a distance between 15 mm and an end of a wood for another part of the blades. A groove (13) leads towards a lower part of the strips.</p>
