An apparatus for storing plants of the present invention comprises: a storage container for storing the plants at a low temperature; and a growth adjusting unit connected to the storage container for equalizing the photosynthesis and the respiration of the plants. The present invention: maintains the temperature inside the storage container at a low temperature for a long time, thereby reducing the photosynthesis of the plants; adjusts and controls luminous intensity of a light emitting member for equalizing the photosynthesis and the respiration of the plants and maintaining a light compensation level for a long time, thereby minimizing the photosynthesis of the plants, equalizing the respiration of the plants with the photosynthesis, and maintaining the quality of the plants for a long time by maximally controlling the growth of the plants. |
