The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which includes a plurality of sub pixels on a substrate. The sub pixels includes a first electrode which is formed on the substrate, an intermediate layer which is formed on the first electrode and includes an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode which is formed on the intermediate layer. One sub pixel emitting light with at least one color among the sub pixels includes a shadow emitting layer which emits the light with a color which is different from one color between the organic light emitting layer and the first electrode. The organic light emitting layer of one sub pixel emitting the light with one color provides a hole transport material.
