The present invention relates to a PVDF-based hollow fiber membrane and a manufacturing method thereof. The PVDF-based hollow fiber membrane in a structure having an asymmetric arrangement of multiple pores of which sizes gradually decrease from an inner surface layer to an outer surface layer. The PVDF-based hollow fiber membrane includes: a porous sponge structure layer; a spherical crystallite structure layer that is porous, is formed on the porous sponge structure, and is formed by crystallites of which an average diameter is 1-5 micrometers; and a dense structure layer which is formed on the spherical crystallite structure and has pores formed in the shape of a flow channel. The PVDF-based hollow fiber membrane has high strength and excellent water permeability. |
