The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for automatically closing a sliding door which has a simplified structure, reduces costs, and makes a sliding door closed smoothly. The device for automatically closing a sliding door according to the present invention comprises a fixing unit fixed on the upper end of the sliding door; a pulley fixed on a door frame of the sliding door at a predetermined interval from the fixing unit; a wire rope having one end connected from the fixing unit to the pulley and pulled by the opening and closing of the sliding door; a multi-stage weight which is connected to the other end of the wire rope and which moves up by the operation of opening the sliding door while moving down by the operation of closing the sliding door; and a case which has a shape enclosing the multi-stage weight and which is fixated on a wall. |
