The present invention relates to a motion drawing realization method based on a smartphone and a smartphone with a motion drawing realization function. The motion drawing realization method based on a smartphone according to the present invention comprises: a first step of setting a video image being recorded by a camera unit as a background layer (canvas), storing the video image in a default data storage area in a storage unit, and outputting the video image to an input and output unit; a second step of receiving color setting information and layer setting information according to a user input through the input and output unit, and storing the received information in the default data storage area; a third step of waiting for the continuous reception of two-dimensional motion sensing coordinates by a gyroscope and a gravity scope, which constitute a sensor unit, according to the motion drawing corresponding to one event by the user; and a fourth step of forming a drawing layer which has a shape using each pair of motion sensing coordinates according to the continuous reception of the motion sensing coordinates corresponding to the event and whose color is matched to the color setting information, generating a motion drawing print screen which is synthesized by putting the drawing layer upon the background layer using an overlapping method, and outputting the motion drawing print screen to the input and output unit.
