PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact lens device having a structure capable of absorbing an external force, while securing necessary positioning precision, regardless of a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A lens device includes a first lens barrel 203 holding a lens 101, a second lens barrel 204 arranged closer to an image side than the end on the object side of the first lens barrel in an optical axis direction and combined with the first lens barrel, so as to permit the movement of the first lens barrel in the optical axis direction, a positioning member 205 attached to one of the first and second lens barrels, and an elastic member 206 arranged between the first lens barrel and the second lens barrel and energizing the first lens barrel toward the object side with respect to the second lens barrel. The other of the first and second lens barrels comes into contact with the positioning member by the energizing force of the elastic member, so that the first lens barrel is positioned in the optical axis direction with respect to the second lens barrel, in such a state that the movement to the image side by the external force is permitted. |
