<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus which surely sticks an inorganic substance particle to a resin film and consequently can provide a reinforcing-bar with a corrosion-proof film highly reliable over a long period.SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus includes; a dropping hopper 12 which has a slit 43 along the conveyance direction of a reinforcing-bar 1, the inside of which is held in a high temperature state and which accumulates the inorganic substance particle 3; a recycling hopper 53 the inside of which is held in a high temperature state and which accumulates the inorganic substance particle 3; supply piping 54 for supplying the inorganic substance particle 3 accumulated in the recycling hopper 53 to the dropping hopper 12; and recycling piping 55 for returning the inorganic substance particle 3 dropped from the dropping hopper 12 to the recycling hopper 53. The reinforcing-bar 1 is conveyed to just under the slit 43 of the dropping hopper 12 while rotating the reinforcing-bar 1, and the inorganic substance particle 3 freely falling from the slit 43 is stuck by dead weight to the resin film 2 of s molten state.</p> |
