PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell unit in which programs, set values or the like can be changed even during working and troubles are not caused by the changes, and a cogeneration system including such the fuel cell unit.SOLUTION: In a fuel cell unit, a rewritable area as a part of a storage means has a plurality of areas, and information to be rewritten is stored in each area. Various operations are executed on the basis of information stored in an execution area as the other part of the storage means and the information to be rewritten stored in one area among the plurality areas of the rewritable area. Rewriting control changing the information to be rewritten stored in the other one area of the rewritable area is carried out during execution of the various operations. |
