PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrogenation catalyst in which high dehydrogenation performance can be maintained for an extended period; and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A production method of a dehydrogenation catalyst includes: an immersion step in which a platinum solution including a hexahydroxoplatinic (IV) acid ion is impregnated by an immersion method in an alumina layer of an alumina support that comprises that the alumina layer is formed on at least one part of a surface of an aluminum support by anode oxidation; and a burning step in which the alumina support passing the immersion step is burned to obtain a dehydrogenation catalyst. |
