<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment agent for a permanent wave capable of forming a uniform wave over the full length of hair, in which a healthy part and a damage part coexist, without being influenced with a degree of hair damage, and steadily forming a wave even in the vicinity of a healthy hair root for which a permanent agent is hard to be effective.SOLUTION: A pretreatment agent for a permanent wave contains (a) quaternary ammonium group-containing silylated urethane-based polymer, and (b) a protein denaturation agent.</p> |
