The present invention relates to a window frame fixture for apartment housing with a thermal bridge prevention feature. The window frame fixture is configured to have a thermal insulation member in the installation space of the window frame of a structure connection unit such as a wall-slab joint like the balcony of the apartment housing to offer the thermal bridge prevention feature to block the air-pin effect of the balcony slab and prevent a cavity from forming. A preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a timber-shaped main body which has a hollow space inside and has a coupling jaw formed on a side of the lower portion to protrude downward; an external thermal insulation member which has an edgy being coupled to the other side surface of the main boy in the width direction; and another thermal insulation member for thermal bridge prevention which couples to the upper surface of the main body in the longitudinal direction, and has through pipes penetrating in the width direction with a predetermined space in-between. |
