<p>A heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to determine whether a baffle is inserted or not easily by forming a baffle insertion part and a through hole in a tank and inserting the protrusion of the baffle into the through hole. A heat exchanger(70) comprises: a pair of header pipes(10); an inlet pipe(20) and an outlet pipe(30) formed in the header pipe respectively; a baffle which is formed inside the header pipe and controls the flow of heat exchange media; a tube(50) forming a heat exchange media flow path; and a plurality of pins(60) interposed between tubes. One or more compartments are formed in the header pipe. The both ends of tube are fixed to the header pipe. A baffle insertion part is formed in the header pipe. A through hole is formed in the outer side of the header pipe contacted with the baffle insertion part. A fixing unit(41) in which one side is protruded is formed in the baffle.</p> |
