PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell, an electrode, a cell pack, an electronic apparatus, an electric vehicle, a storage device and a power system capable of suppressing break of collector.SOLUTION: The cell has a positive electrode and a negative electrode. Either one electrode of the positive electrode and the negative electrode includes: a collector; a mixture layer formed over one main plane of the collector including a gap to which a part of the collector is exposed; a lead joined to the exposed surface of the collector exposed from the gap: and a protection layer at least a part of which is formed over the exposed surface of the collector being interposed between a part of the lead and the exposed surface to protect the collector. A part of the lead includes at least a part of a circumferential fringe of the lead.
