PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas transformer capable of realizing a flow rate of a mixed gas fed into a transformation furnace commensurate with the flow rate of a transformed gas fed into a use target, of simplifying the structure, and of reducing the production cost.SOLUTION: The provided gas transformer includes: a mixer 25 for mixing a fuel gas and air; a transformation furnace 27 for generating a transformed gas from the mixed gas mixed by the mixer 25; an air flow generator 26 for feeding the mixed gas into the transformation furnace 27 from the mixer 25; and a flow rate controller 35 configured on a bypass flow channel 17 connecting discharge and suction sides of the air flow generator 26 so as to feed, into a use target, the transformed gas generated by the transformation furnace 27; the flow rate controller 35 includes first adjustment means for adjusting the flow rate of the mixed gas streaming through the bypass flow channel 17 depending on the pressure on the discharge side of the air flow generator 26 and second adjustment means for further adjusting the flow rate of the mixed gas streaming through the bypass flow channel 17 depending on the pressure of the transformed gas on the downstream side of the transformation furnace 27. |
