PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material inspection device capable of favorably differentiating a normal one from an abnormal one even if a group of transparent granular materials is a detection object.SOLUTION: Diffuse transmission members 21, 25 are formed into a convex curve surface Q curved convexly toward an external direction separating from a detection spot J. Light sources for illumination 20, 24 are disposed so as to be located more outward than the diffuse transmission members 21, 25, along the convex curve surface Q. A light transmission body 80 having a division processing membrane 81 which divides an incident light heading for the inspection spot J into reflectance and a transmitted beam is disposed on light-receiving routes R1, R2 for light-receiving portions 12, 13 to receive light from the inspection spot J. |
