PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and the like that are capable of respecting the intension for transactions and preventing information leakage to the outside.SOLUTION: First reading means reads an apparatus secret key corresponding to an apparatus electronic certificate stored in a storage. Signature means electronically signs apparatus information and previously collected software information with the apparatus secret key. Generation means electronically envelops the electronically signed apparatus information and software information to generate a first electronic envelope. Further, second reading means reads a user secret key corresponding to a user electronic certificate stored in the storage. In the same manner, second signature means electronically signs biometric authentication information being information on biometric authentication and the first electronic envelope with the user secret key. Also in the same manner, second generation means electronically envelops the biometric authentication information and the first electronic envelope electronically signed by the second signature means to generate a second electronic envelope. Finally, the generated second electronic envelope is transmitted to the outside.
