<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely achieve exchange of an air filter without stopping a device.SOLUTION: A dust-proof unit comprises a bezel 1 as a frame having an opening and a guide part, a filter cartridge 2, pressing means 3 for pressing the filter cartridge 2 against the back face of the bezel 1. When exchanging the filter cartridge 2, a new filter cartridge 2' is inserted in the back face of the old filter cartridge 2 from the side face of the bezel 1, and then, the old filter cartridge 2 is taken out. According to this operation, the opening of the bezel 1 is always covered by the filter cartridge 2, whereby the filter cartridge 2 can be exchanged without stopping a device.</p> |
