<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a vibrational abnormal sound in traveling of a vehicle equipped with a register, in a damper plate and the register for installing such a damper plate for securing sealability of its ventilation flue, without abutting on a retainer inner wall of the register, when closing the ventilation flue of the register.SOLUTION: An outer diameter L1 of a rotary shaft of the damper plate expands more than an outer diameter before forming a slit S by making a pair of divided pieces 31AA and 31AB divided into two parts on the rotary shaft of the damper plate deflect outside, by forming the slit S. Even if an outer diameter L2 of a shaft hole 13E of a retainer right wall surface of the register is narrower than the outer diameter L1 of the rotary shaft of the damper plate of forming the slit S, the pair of divided pieces 31AA and 31AB deflect toward the slit S, so that the rotary shaft of the damper plate forming the slit S, can be inserted into the shaft hole 13E of the retainer right wall surface of the register.</p> |
