The razor (1) has a detachable shears unit (3) arranged at a housing (2) i.e. handle piece. The shears unit includes a shear head holder (4) for receiving three shear blades (5) with special formed openings (5.1). The shear blades are connected with a rotating knife rim (7) and a separate actuator (10), and are defined oscillatingly moved relative to the rotating knife rim in a cover plate (4.1). The shear blades include teeth (13) at a section (12) of a circumference (5.2), where the teeth stay in engagement with teeth (11) of the actuator.
