PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm damper which enables a resonance frequency and a volumetric change amount changed by pressure to be arbitrarily set and optimizes the diaphragm damper performance without changing an attachment structure of a conventional metal diaphragm and blocking a space where fuel flows in a fuel chamber.SOLUTION: In a diaphragm damper, high pressure gas is enclosed in a high pressure chamber formed by two disc-shaped metal diaphragms which are jointed to each other at their outer peripheral parts. A rubber elastic member is disposed in the high pressure chamber. |
