PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processing device, and a program which can notify a user of a content corresponding to a current location.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: a database in which a specific content is associated with at least one of name, location information and image for identifying a given place; a location identification unit for identifying a current location; a determination unit for determining whether there is a content corresponding to the current location in the database; a notification unit which notifies a user that there is a content corresponding to the current location when the determination unit determines that there is a content corresponding to the current location; and a control unit which starts reproducing the content according to an action taken by the user in response to the notification by the notification unit.
