<p>Disclosed is a motion recognition remote controller device that controls a display device. The remote controller includes a position display unit that displays a position and moving state of the remote controller on a first surface directed toward the display device. A control unit controls the display device by detecting the position and movement of the remote controller and by recognizing a command desired by a user. According to the present invention, a simple LED or a color unit is added to the existing remote controller so as to be capable of achieving a motion recognition function required for a smart TV. Further, when a camera is already attached to the smart TV, the attached camera can be used to achieve the motion recognition function. Furthermore, when a command input switch is used therewith, position-based menu selection on the smart TV, Web surfing, and the like can be easily used.</p> |
