<p>Method/system for operating a logistics chain in which transport units are handled by services according to orders. Data supplied by the plurality of services is accumulated in a knowledge base. An execution plan comprises an overview of handlings of the transport units that have occurred and are expected. The accumulated data is standarised into events which are in a predefined data format. Among the standardised events, sets of related events are detected. Predefined rules are provided for comparing the related events, defining actions to be performed and conclusions that can be drawn from the comparison results. The execution plan is updated on the basis of the actions and conclusions.</p> |
