<p>A nanometer polypropylene composition is formed by basic materials and compounding agents in part by mass. The basic materials comprise 60 parts of PP K7726, 6 parts of PP K8303, 15 parts of PP T30S, and 9 parts of SBS YH-792. The compounding agents comprise 0.2 part of butyl rubber, 8 parts of barium sulfate, 0.7 part of aluminic acid ester coupling agents, 0.12 part of light stabilizer GW-628, 0.1 part of antioxidant 1010, 0.2 part of antioxidant DLTP, 0.08 part of calcium stearate (CaSt), and 0.09 part of light stabilizer GW-480. The modified nanometer polypropylene composition is low-temperature-resistant, does not age at the temperature of minus 40 degrees centigrade, does not crack, is high-temperature-resistant, does not deform at the temperature of 65 degrees centigrade, and reaches the anti-ultraviolet level-3 standard when the composition is used outdoors within two years.</p> |
