The present invention provides a power charging device for a hi-pass (a wireless electronic highway toll payment system) terminal capable of generating electric energy using a piezoelectric element using vibration force and pressure from the operation of an engine for running a vehicle, and charging the hi-pass terminal using the generated electric energy. To this end, the present invention includes a piezoelectric electricity generation unit which receives vibration force and pressure from the operation of an engine of a vehicle and generates AC current using the piezoelectric effect; and a charging unit which converts the AC current generated by the piezoelectric electricity generation unit into DC current and constant voltage and charges the battery of the hi-pass terminal. |
