Provided is a structure in which an adhesive layer (1) which does not have a tendency to ride up on a step (13) when a waterproof filter on which the adhesive layer (1) is stuck is installed in the casing of an electronic device.  An acoustic part comprises the casing (11) having sound transmitting holes (12), the adhesive layer (1) formed in a frame shape, and the waterproof filter so attached as to cover the sound transmitting holes (12), with the adhesive layer (1) interposed therebetween.  The step (13) engaged with the waterproof filter or the step (13) serving as a mark for indicating the mounting portion of the waterproof filter is formed in the casing (11).  The outer peripheral section of the frame-like adhesive layer (1) is more inward than the outer peripheral section of the waterproof filter.
