PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method in which production efficiency is improved and unevenness in quality is reduced by curtailing complicated working in manufacturing of a wire harness.SOLUTION: In a tying step, a tying band is installed to electric wires 2 by tying the predetermined positions of the plural electric wires 2 with the tying band. In a protector installation step, a protector is engaged with the tying band installed to the electric wires 2. In the tying step, a workbench 20 including a jig which regulates the wiring pathway of each electric wire 2 so that portions tied with the tying band are parallel to each other is used.
