PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bag food whose outer skin is a fried bean curd.SOLUTION: The method for producing a fried baggage food comprises: a step in which soybean curd slices whose moisture is regulated are swollen by low temperature frying, thereafter, the surface layer thereof is stiffened by high temperature frying, thus a soybean oil fried food whose inside can be cleaved by at least the two step frying is prepared; a step in which the inside of the soybean oil fried food is blown with air so as to form an edible sack-shaped object in which fluid matter can be filled; a step in which the fried bean curd in the sacked shape is filled with a solidifying fluid via a nozzle; and a step in which a filling port is sealed, and cooling or heating is performed to solidify the filled solidifying content, and is to obtain a bag food in which the solidifying content filled is covered with the fried outer skin integrally. Provided is a method for producing a fried bag in which the solidifying fluid includes a vegetable protein liquid such as soybean milk, a konjak mannan liquid, an animal protein liquid such as an egg liquid, a fish meat milled matter, an animal meat milled matter or the like, solidified by heating. |
