PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a power supply element to contact with a wire thereby stably applying a voltage to the wire and reduce the maintenance work relating to the power supply element.SOLUTION: A power supply unit includes a shaft where a power supply element for supplying a voltage to a wire may be attached or detached; and a first gas chamber to which a gas is supplied from a gas supply device. The shaft is formed so that the first gas chamber presses out the shaft in a direction of the wire in response to the gas being supplied from the gas supply device to the first gas chamber.
