<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for an IPM motor in which gaps among a side face of a stator side of a slot, a side face of a rotary shaft side opposing the stator side and a permanent magnet can be completely eliminated, regarding the rotor for the IPM motor configured to fix the permanent magnet into the slot by inserting the permanent magnet into the slot while interfering the slot.SOLUTION: A rotor 100 for an IPM motor comprises: a rotor core 10; a rotary shaft 20 which is disposed in an axial center of the rotor core; a slot 12 axially penetrating the rotor core 10; and a permanent magnet 30 embedded in the slot 12. A plurality of slots 12 are disposed side by side in a circumferential direction of the rotor core 10. There are at least two surfaces 12a1, 12a2 which are substantially parallel to an inner circumferential surface of the slot 12, at least one of the two surfaces includes two or more slits 13 which are substantially parallel to an axial direction of the rotary shaft, and the permanent magnet 30 is embedded in the two surfaces 12a1, 12a2 without any gaps.</p> |
