<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount for an optical element that imparts a desired temperature distribution, corresponding to an uneven space distribution of paraelectric material-ferroelectric material phase shift temperature, in an optical element.SOLUTION: There is provided a mount for an optical element for fixing the optical element by sandwiching the optical element between a first mount part and a second mount part formed of a crystal material having a paraelectric material-ferroelectric material phase shift, at least one of the first mount part and second mount part having a temperature control mechanism which generates or radiates heat so that a temperature distribution of the optical element matches a temperature distribution of paraelectric material-ferroelectric material phase shift temperature of the optical element.</p> |
