PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of preventing measured values calculated as an average value from becoming inaccurate.SOLUTION: A measuring device comprises: an average value calculation part 83 for calculating measured values with respect to a measurement reference position set in an ultrasonogram created based on ultrasonic echo signals collected from a subject, to obtain an average value; an evaluation value calculation part 82 for calculating an evaluation value about the reflectance of the echo signals with respect to the measurement reference position; and a determination part 84 for determining the degree of reliability of the measured values calculated with respect to the measurement reference position, on the basis of the evaluation value.
