<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single facer, an apparatus for manufacturing a corrugated cardboard sheet, and a method for forming a corrugation of the single facer which suppress unequal corrugation processing in a core paper at a paper joint part B3 and a vicinity following the paper joint part B3 and suppress adhesive failure with a liner by increasing the pressure applied by upper and lower corrugation rolls in the corrugation process using a paper joint signal.SOLUTION: There are provided upper and lower corrugation rolls 44, 45 which comprise corrugated outer peripheral surfaces engaged with each other and can subject the core paper to corrugation processing, an adhesive applying device 48 for applying an adhesive to a corrugated top part of the core paper (center core B) subjected to the corrugation processing, a pressure belt 43 for bonding the core paper applied with the adhesive and a rear liner C by pressing to the upper corrugation roll 44, a pressure control device 81 capable of controlling the pressure in the corrugation processing for the core paper with the upper and lower corrugation rolls 44, 45, and a control device 82 for allowing the pressure control device 81 to increase the pressure to the core paper with the upper and lower corrugation rolls 44, 45 based on the paper joint signal for executing the paper joint of the core paper.</p> |
