<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding a product from a liquid mixed material by using a molding die unit which easily prevents presence of bubbles in a molding and local defects of the surface of a molding.SOLUTION: A female die 102 filled with a material is arranged in an agitator 40 in a state of being assembled with a male die 104, and, by the agitator, the female and male dies are revolved around a revolution shaft and simultaneously rotated around a rotation shaft decentered from the revolution shaft to agitate the material. One or both of the speeds of the revolution and the rotation is changed with time to realize, in order, a mold opening state in which the female die do not come into contact with the male die and a mold clamped state in which the male die comes into tight contact with the female die under an inertial force or a centrifugal force produced in one or both of the revolving female die and the rotating male die.</p> |
