摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method and a coating device capable of performing stable coating film formation by directly supplying particles to discharge means such as a coating nozzle, a liquid storage part and a scraping-up part at a constant flow rate and measuring particle size distribution of particles in the midway of feed liquid piping.SOLUTION: A coating method and a coating device forms a thin film by discharging coating liquid having particles dispersed therein to apply the coating liquid on a coated body moved in a relative manner. The method includes, in piping, a dispersion step of dispersing raw materials of the coating liquid to target particle sizes at the dispersion processing of one stage to generate dispersed liquids, a particle size distribution measurement step of measuring particle sizes of the dispersed liquids dispersed in the dispersion step, and a coating step of discharging the dispersed liquids or the coating liquid which is diluted liquid of the dispersed liquid to the relatively moved coated body from the discharge means to apply the liquid. The dispersion in the dispersion step is controlled based on the particle size distribution measured in the particle size distribution measurement step.</p>
