The connecting element has a hook strip (5) extended from a bar (15) of an arcuate or polygonal shaped connecting part (2). A mouth opening (8) is formed between the bar and an end portion (7). A polygonal-shaped curved unit (21) is partially formed in an inner surface (20) of the hook strip. The inner surface and the opening of the hook strip are engaged with a sheet pile lock (10) and arranged around a tip (9) of the end portion of the hook strip of the connecting part. A connection strip (30) is extended from a web of the connecting element and comprises an oval-shaped head strip (31).
