The present invention relates to an intelligent energy storage system for an apartment house and, more specifically, to an intelligent energy storage system for an apartment house capable of providing analysis data of energy use patterns for the individual household, reducing electric rates through the efficiency use of an energy storage device when an electricity peak charge system is applied, and supplying power to main devices regardless of generator in emergency. The intelligent energy storage system for an apartment house includes an apartment house power management system which supplies power to each individual household of an apartment house and checks and monitors power conditions; and a power control server which conducts optimal operation by collecting and analyzing power information transmitted to each individual household by being connected to the apartment house power management system through a network.
