The user terminal according to various embodiments of the present invention, the user terminal includes a communication unit communicating with an outer device; a sound detection unit for detecting sound surrounding the user terminal within a predetermined time range; a position detection unit for detecting the position of the user terminal within the predetermined time range; and a control unit which transmits information on the detected sound or the position to the outer device and controls the user terminal to transmit or receive data related to a user group determined based on the information on the detected sound and the position to or from the outer device.
